What is included in the Apartment Plan?
Two scheduled maintenance visits per year, covering filter cleaning or replacement, coil inspection and light clean, drainage flush, thermostat check, and a written service report. Priority booking for any additional services needed between visits.
What is included in the Villa Plan?
Three scheduled visits per year with a more comprehensive scope — full AC system clean, coil cleaning, duct condition inspection, drainage flush, filter replacement, and a written service report. Priority emergency response also included.
Can I customise the number of visits?
Yes. The plans above are starting points. If you need more visits or want to add specific services like full duct cleaning, we'll include that in your contract proposal.
Do you manage multiple properties under one contract?
Yes. For property managers and FM companies, we structure portfolio contracts with consolidated reporting and a single point of contact. Contact us for commercial contract pricing.
Is the initial inspection free?
Yes. The site inspection needed to produce your contract proposal is completely free and carries no obligation.
What happens if my AC breaks down between scheduled visits?
Contract clients receive priority response for callouts. For commercial contracts, we include an agreed emergency response time in the contract terms.
